┃ バイオセーフティーレベル2の設備で取り扱うべき微生物株の
┃ 発送経費ご負担のお願い
┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
当室のバイオセーフティーレベル2の設備で取り扱うべき微生物株の輸送は、
安全性の確保のために、感染性物質として必要な包装を行なっています。日本
郵便株式会社（旧：郵便事業株式会社）における、検体を送付する場合の包装
に関する遵守事項（※）に従って、これらの微生物株の発送にジュラルミンケ
ース等の特別包装が求められています。
これを受けて、2019年1月より、バイオセーフティーレベル2の設備で取り扱
うべき微生物株の提供については、提供手数料に加えて、別途、特別包装とそ
の運搬等にかかる経費2,000円（税込）を発送ごとに追加のご負担をお願いい
たします。
ご理解をいただけますよう、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

┃ 今月のリソース紹介「ブナ科樹木の根の内生菌Glutinomyces属菌」
┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
中村慎崇博士 (京大・農；現 森林総研) がシイやコナラなどのブナ科樹木
の根より分離し、同博士により提唱された子嚢菌門ビョウタケ目の新属
Glutinomycesに属す4新種12株 (タイプ由来株を含む) および関連する未同定
菌 (Unidentified fungus) 8株を公開しました (詳細はJCMオンラインカタロ
グを参照)：
Glutinomyces brunneus JCM 32230 (ex-holotype、属の基準種、文献1) ～ 32232.
Glutinomyces inflatus JCM 32227 (ex-holotype、文献2) ～ 32229.
Glutinomyces takaragaikensis JCM 32245 (ex-holotype、文献2), 32246.
Glutinomyces vulgaris JCM 32233 (ex-holotype、文献2) ～ 32236.
Unidentified fungus JCM 32237 ～ 32244 (文献2).
これらの菌群については今までほとんど知られていませんでしたが、中村博
士らの調査によりブナ科樹木の根には多くのビョウタケ目内生菌の未記載種が
存在することが分かり、分類/系統 (同定・新分類群の提唱・種の多様性解析)
や生態 (植物種と菌種の関係/分布・分散様式・集団間の遺伝子分化/流動)な
どについて活発な研究が始まりました (文献1, 2）。
